Just Damn Good Food (JDGF) does not sell, trade, or otherwise share it’s customer information with anyone else. The information we collect is strictly for the purpose of serving our customers, and is used only by Just Damn Good Food (JDGF).
Your information is governed by four general principles: it must be secure, it must be accurate, we seek your consent to collect it, and we will not use it beyond it’s intended purpose.

In the conduct of our normal operations, we collect customer specific information so that we may carry out the contracted services of delivering food. This information generally includes: delivery details, payment methods, and any complaint particulars. The information is retained in our database to aid in delivery and order taking. By giving us the information, you consent to it’s use for these purposes. We only collect information which is relevant to the the mission of serving our customer.

REGISTRATION:
By signing up to our website and purchasing products from Just Damn Good Food (JDGF), you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of sale, which apply to all transactions on justdamngoodfood.com. Signing up to the service means we must have the following information:
- Your address, including the postcode of the billing address associated with the payment card.
- Your home telephone number
- Your email address, so we can supply you with important information such as your order confirmation and changes to the JDGF's Food Delivery Service
Just Damn Good Food only sells goods on our website to the end user and they should not, in any way, be resold without our prior written consent. There shall be two stages of order confirmation. The first shall be the 'on screen confirmation' immediately after the payment has been received, and the second shall be an email to confirm your full order details. We do not hold your payment details from any previous orders. Therefore, every purchase at JDGF shall require new payment details entered. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure.
Security:
Just Damn Good Food takes precautions to keep the information secure; access to our servers is restricted, and we take strong measures to prevent intrusions (firewalls, etc). While we may adopt policies in an effort to advance security, acts of malice or deceit by individuals can victimize both Just Damn Good Food and our customers. Therefore, our policies ought not to be viewed as a guarantee. This policy is not meant to replace the need for normal prudence by customers, especially in regards to credit card use.
Cookies:
Cookies are used by Just Damn Good Food only to aid in the navigation of our website. These session cookies automatically expire when you leave the site and are not retained by your computer. We do not use cookies to collect information on our customers, do not allow third party cookies to be placed through our web site, and do not read any other cookies from your computer to determine your Internet habits. Your “surfing habits” are none of our business.
