This dish is very similar to Beef Stroganoff in that it combines tender meat with a flavorful mushroom sauce over pasta, but it’s different at the same time that has a richness and depth more like a slow cooked roast dinner over noodles (just without the potatoes). Served with a side vegetable of caramelized onions and carrots.
